ES Health and Fitness

ES Health and Fitness offers professional personal training and sports massage therapy to an outstanding level. My aim is to provide effctive training and treatment in a fun and relaxed environment. Training my clients outdoors and at their homes helps with this.

My qualifications include:

- Diploma in Personal Training (Level 3)

- Certificate in Sports Massage Theapy (Level 3)

- Anatomy and Physiology

- Qualified Nutritional Advisor

I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professional (REPS). As well as training and massaging private clients, I have excellent experience in professional rugby. I have massaged at London Irish RFC, Saracens RFC, Harlequins RL, Kent CCC and Reading FC and Esher RFC.
